Billing Issues:

As of May 15, AmeriGas has dedicated a team to assist with Coloma Lotus Co-op billing issues.

Check your bill against Co-op pricing to verify pricing / errors.

Include "Coloma Lotus Co-Op Billing Issue" in the subject line.

Include name, service address, account # and specific billing issues.

Do not call AmeriGas with billing issues; the phone team is not privy to our contract terms and will not be able to assist.

Give AmeriGas one week to reply. If you cannot get an adequate resolution after following the steps above, repeat the request and mark it urgent.

After 3 attempts with no resolution, email me directly.

As of 5/28, Co-op rates are $1.69 Res / $1.60 Bus / $2.08 F&F.

If you’ve paid more than our negotiated rate, dispute your bill(s) per the process above.

For reference, note that Co-op pricing has ranged from around $2.60 in January to $2.15 mid April and $1.70 by mid-May.
