Billing Issues:

  • As of May 15, AmeriGas has dedicated a team to assist with Coloma Lotus Co-op billing issues.

  • Check your bill against Co-op pricing to verify pricing / errors.

  • Email CustomerCare@amerigas.com ; cc: clpropane@gmail.com

  • Include "Coloma Lotus Co-Op Billing Issue" in the subject line. 

  • Include name, service address, account # and specific billing issues.

  • Do not call AmeriGas with billing issues; the phone team is not privy to our contract terms and will not be able to assist.

  • Give AmeriGas one week to reply. If you cannot get an adequate resolution after following the steps above, repeat the request and mark it urgent. 

  • After 3 attempts with no resolution, email me directly.

  • Check current/past bills to make sure you’re being billed correctly!

  • Directions to check real-time pricing are here

  • As of 5/28, Co-op rates are $1.69 Res  / $1.60 Bus  / $2.08 F&F.

  • If you’ve paid more than our negotiated rate, dispute your bill(s) per the process above.

  • For reference, note that Co-op pricing has ranged from around $2.60 in January to $2.15 mid April and $1.70 by mid-May.

  • Fuel Delivery, HazMat, Will-call Fees are waived for Business & Residential members
